Final planning takeover (typically 8-12 weeks prior to the event)
Full supplier liason in the lead up
Creation of a detailed master timeline
Guest experience & logistics flow planning

Troubleshooting & schedule control during the event
*additional costs will be incurred for in person meetings outside a radius of 40 miles from HQ
