Full Wedding & Event Planning
Full wedding and event planning is equivalent to you hiring an emotional support human to help you through those overwheming moments (of which there can be many) in planning a milestone event.
Full Planning services include:
Supplier sourcing, including the big ticket items (think venues, photography/videography, and decor)
Budget planning & management
Mood boards and creative design planning
Guest management and guest experience planning
Detailed timelines and plans not just for on the day, but for the weeks and months running up to your event
Full on the day co-ordination of your event (12 hours minimum)
Attendance at supplier meetings if required
Checklists and payment reminders
What’s app/phone/email/in person support (based on hours. Additional rates may apply)

Partial Wedding & Event Planning
You’ve got started, and then a little stuck…
PSA: It is absolutely OK to start planning and realise at some point, you need a little extra help. The Seasons & Stories partial planning service is made exactly for this moment.
Partial Planning services include:
An initial review meeting (up to 2 hours) to assess what you have already done, and where you may need most help
Supplier review and sourcing
Budget management
Timeline creating and/or review
Full on the day co-ordination of your event (12 hours minimum)
Checklists and payment reminders
What’s app/phone/email/in person support (based on hours. Additional rates may apply)

On the day Co-Ordination
When you have done all of the planning and need someone to cover the logistics so that you can relax, on the day event management is for you. PS - your on the day coordination starts the month of your wedding, because no one is rocking up on the day like ‘heyyyy’ (not on my watch!)
On the day co-ordination services include:
Full review of your event
Supplier reach out and introductions
Supplier co-ordination (arrivals/set up info etc)
Timeline including key moments (think cake cutting or surprises!)
Guest management and experience flow
Full on the day co-ordination of your event (12 hours minimum)
